For A Yacht Club Baby special pie add a hand full of raisins and a few spoons of ginger shavings (The EPC do a ready grated ginger in a jar for lazy cooks like me!) Gives it a kick.

Tasting traditional English apple varieties, and only 20p an apple if you chose to purchase! Baby and I loved the really sharp tangy one, a rare variety the name of which has just escaped my mind. Daddy liked the sweeter juicy ones, and the nobly named ones (the power of marketing??)
